We didn't go to the Flood Museum right in Johnstown only the one which is kept by the NPS outside of South Fork. They do an excellent job. When we went into Johnstown, the incline plane was not working and the bridge/walkway over the very busy street was closed off. On the internet it didn't say a thing about being closed, so we were disappointed about that. As far as buying an all inclusive ticket for all three things, I didn't see listed. Perhaps if you called the Museum right in Johnstown they'd have more info, otherwise the NPS museum is free and is well marked as is the little town of St. Michael where the SouthFork Hunting and Fishing lodge and "summer cottages" still are today. Hope this helped you.
