A quantity of crack cocaine was seized from Barrow Park. The drug was discovered when officers from Cumbria Police's Neighbourhood Policing Team conducted a stop and search of a man in the park.

The Barrow NPT shared on Monday that officers had been monitoring the area after an increase in reported incidents this month.
