The department comprises a total of around 45 professorships at several locations. From Zurich main station «S-Bahn» train line S9 towards Uster or S14 towards Hinwil up to Schwerzenbach station.

Loaner bikes can be found year-round outside Hauptbahnhof (Zurich's main train station). Additional bike stations are available by Bellevue station and along Bahnhofstrasse from May to October.
