San Angelo Police are on the hunt of for the driver responsible for the hit-and-run at the intersection of Bowie and 29th streets.

Daniel Sinclair, 66, of Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for retail theft and cited for walking on a highway, according to Winnebago County court records.
