I love the R8. I played nothing but deathmatch for 2 weeks and only used the R8 the whole time. Once I could consistently finish in the top 3 by using nothing but the R8, I started using it in comp and premier games. It takes a bit of practice, but it’s deadly powerful and rail gun accurate.

2023年3月12日 · Like someone else said, the one you’ll use is the one thats best. For such a targeted area, a massage gun or roller stick may be slightly better. BUT! Also play with shortening your stride and see if its time for new shoes. One of those may be an easy fix :)

2020年9月15日 · The R8 is more accurate in every case, except standing+shooting where a Deagle manages 24,58m. But you can quickly fix that in most cases if you got the R8 simply by crouching, which gives you a whopping 43,89m , which is higher than the AK/M4/SG/AUG*.

I am trying to invest more in recovery products as I am upping my mileage more and more at about 55+ miles right now and trying to continue on the upward trajectory to about 80 (over the course of a bit of time).

2020年11月7日 · Head's up I just bought the R8 after someone I rode with yesterday recommended it. It's so much better than the cheap knockoff bullshit and really does a great job of applying pressure. Can even get it up enough to roll the glutes a little - especially the glutes medius on the side which is a regular source of grief for me.

2023年8月9日 · The bottom rail is not removable on the M&P R8 but is on the TRR R8. The front sight is a white dot on the M&P but is brass bead on the TRR. TRR8 has a cut out on the right hand side under the barrel lug showing the ejector rod while R8 has a full shroud covering the entire rod on the right hand side.

I also use a message gun a couple times of week, but I would caution if replacing foam rolling with it. Unless you have a super powerful Theragun pro or whatever, you’re probably not getting the same physiological benefits as you are when you are doing trigger point foam rolling.

2022年6月10日 · I’ve decided i’m going to get either a Uniden R7 or R8 as my first detector. It seems like they’re overall pretty similar aside from the R8 having some minor improvements + the addition of eventual laser jamming.

Deagle is broken and the r8 is trash. Not sure why the devs chose to balance the game in this way given that the deagle has literally never been used in combat and is an impractical piece of garbage, but in CS2 it's the most powerful gun in the game for the money.
