Part of the problem is many people under estimate how many flatworms they have so salifert are likely reluctant to recommend a proper dosage since the flatworm toxin (not the flatworm exit) will have negative effects on your tank. I have dosed my tank 6 times. with up to 4x the recommended dose and there are always a few that show back up on my rocks in a few weeks. The goo news is that the flatworm exit does not seem to harm anything else in the tank.

The second is probably a Bumblebee Snail, Engina mendicaria - they're carnivores like Nassarius snails, but from what I've heard they're more opportunistically predatory (they'll reportedly eat snails stuck on their backs, worms they catch, etc.).
