2023年9月23日 · You know ephedrine can be and is commonly substituted gram for gram with pseudoephedrine. Sudafed definitely is still pseudoephedrine. Sudafed PE, contains phenylephrine. However, the FDA recently concluded that this is an ineffective medicine and thus is being pulled from the market.
I miss mini-thins.. Is there a cheaper mild stem like Ephedrine?
2023年3月7日 · Nah, mini-thins/white cross contained 25 mg ephedrine HCl in tiny tablets in the 80's and early nineties. In the 2000's they started cutting them with 100 mg Guaifenesin to discourage meth production or discourage plain abuse and they were much (3x) thicker.

Mini Thins and I remember the other brand at the gas station was called MAX ALERT. Used to be 60 little pills per bottle before they cut the ephedrine content way down in the late 1990s. We used to eat a bottle's worth each day on 3rd shift.

It is the same thing for all intensive purposes. They will just have a different purity of ephedrine due to the carrier (sulfate vs hcl). Some people notice a difference but I never have. Technically, if you took 25mg of eph HCL (Primatene) you would get 20.5mg of pure ephedrine as compared to 19.25mg found in eph sulfate (Bronkaid).

2014年6月17日 · Surely the makers of Mini-Thins'll join in, but they have a few products on the market now which don't contain ephedrine - the only way to know you're getting the real deal is when the cashier pulls out a touchscreen for you to sign before selling you the product. If you're not in the US, this is the only advice I can offer: Google is your friend.
