Apple Magsafe wireless chargers are fully Qi compatible, meaning they'll work with any iPhone that supports wireless charging (like the SE2 for example). That's all.

Easily cleaned with a paper clip or a needle. Just be careful not to scratch the sides where the contacts are. The lint will be collected and compacted at the bottom.
