I've had Windows 11 installed for a while now, but this problem launching iTunes started only a week ago. I also find that if I wait 5 to 10 minutes, it will sometimes launch.

2024年3月26日 · After installing and setting up iTunes, it wouldn't open again. Not in admin mode, not in safe mode. Fix was to uninstall iCloud. I was using that to sync Firefox bookmarks. Apparently you can have iTunes or iCloud, but not both. Hopefully, this helps someone.
