2024年5月15日 · First 5000 series GPUs to drop will be 5080/5090. 5070 will likely release in early/spring 2025. Since you want something like a 5070 level, you won't get it until then. I personally would wait that much, but if you absolutely want a 4070 right now, go for it.

overpriced shit, remove dlss3 which doesnt work with all games, and it's only 50% perf increase, for 100+watts for rtx 4090 over rtx 3090, imagine rtx 4090 running at rtx 3090 clock boost, this 50% increase would go down to 20%.

Unfortunately if you're looking for a cheap GPU from Nvidia, there really isn't one, save maybe getting an older used card. AMD and even Intel are offering better value on the low end if you're looking for something in the $200-300 USD price bracket.

There are a few theories out there - most include the poor scale of production during the pandemic for the 30 series cards, and there are tons of 30 series cards on the market; nvidia doesnt want to waste the stock that was contracted out and delivered extremely late (there are some companies that havent released their 3060's yet due to slow production).

2023年1月25日 · My favorite set up would be an RTX 4090, however, with the Razer Core X Chroma most of the series 4000 does not fit (all of them are huge and they even need other power supply, i.e., I am not considering changing the default power supply). On the other hand, series 3000 are more or less the same price as the 4000, at least the 3090/ti.
