2024年5月3日 · This is how I drink it! I do 8oz of the tea, 6oz of the pineapple juice, & then i just fill the rest if the glass with cranberry or cran-raspberry juice (probably like 3-4oz) wjth ice. I drink it once per day. I know some people say you should increase to like 3-4 cups of the raspberry leaf tea daily but that just seems like a lot to me lol.
