I ended up eating 2000 calories more than I normally would and ate over 3000 yesterday (my normal amount is 1600) and on top of that this happens couple times a week, which makes it really hard to get my body to look the way I want it to.

Got into a fight with the hubby and totally binged on some peanut butter! over my maintenance by 500 calories at least! Not too bad of a binge but I feel pretty gross! Peanut butter is gone from the house.. the nutella was kicked out a few weeks ago after a binge! I am ok with it if it wasn't the second peanut butter overload in a week!

I feel like a failure today. I binged on 5 slices of WHITE bread with NUTELLA last night. I was like sleep eating, it was horrible. I was on automatic pilot. After an 11 day streak of staying within my calories/macros, I binged again. I felt really hungry after dinner and ate 4 fun size candy bars, 1/2 a lemon bar and a small piece of cherry pie. I want to learn from this. I was slightly above my calorie allotment to begin with, for the first time I started MPF (not including the one previous binge).
