Golden Kiwi Mojito by Mallu Mixology ! Ingredients ⬇️ * Sugar : 2 tablespoons * Lime : 2 small slices * Kiwi : 2 small slices * Mint leaves : 5-6 leaves * Freshly squeezed lime juice : 15 ml * White Rum : 60 ml (45 ml is fine for lighter version) * Soda water : top top up * Lime Wheel and Mint Leaf to garnish Method : * step 1 : Muddle 2 lime slices, 2 kiwi slices, 2 tsp fine sugar using a muddler or any wood in a tall glass. * Slap 5-6 mint leaves and gently muddle after adding into the glass.
