Watermelon and Feta Cheese Torte- an elegant and yet so delicious and refreshing way to enjoy those last watermelons of the season. Watermelon and feta combo is something I grew up loving and very popular back home in Bulgaria. Ingredients: 1 rectangle piece of watermelon Feta cheese Pine nuts (pignoli) @sadaf_foods honey Mint leaves Method: 1. Thinly slice watermelon and layer with feta cheese; I did 5 layers; 2. Crumble more feat on top and finish with honey and pine nuts! #watermelonandfeta #
