Overview of Labor and Delivery

Prodromal labor is a pain in the butt.It is also known as false labor, but honestly, this is a term used to describe a type of labor that is characterized by irregular contractions that do not lead to significant cervical dilation or fetal descent.So, I like to tell my students and members it’s a “practice labor”.These contractions can be painful and uncomfortable and may confuse the stink out of you.The real kicker is that they tend to start at night and ease in the am. This is because melatoni
