Clean cuts on double-sided melamine panel with CNC 💪 - 📷 @papa.scie.encore - To cut double melamine sided chipboard I used the Amana Tool no 46017-K compression bit 1/4” diameter. My CNC eats 19mm panel in 2 paths with no splits (top or bottom) that’s good if you ask me. - If you count 3 paths per shape that because I add a finishing step at the end, if you watch attentively, you will see the spindle that carve the tabs at path number 2 😝 - And yes you’re very right CNC bits are important, yo
